URL change Gravity Forms error message

I am having trouble changing my url address from /contact-us to /contact. (I’m literally just removing the “-us” to simplify it.)
When I change it this is the error message I get. Anyone know what the issue is?[page_title] [gravityform id=24 name=”Contact” title=”false” description=”false”]
