URL change

    Hi, we tried to export products, change URL of the product and import back. No changes of the URL were applied. Can you please tell us why and how can we fix it?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The data that is exported to the product_page_url column is just for reference purposes. In order to update the permalink of the products, please add the new data in the post_name column. Eg: If the current permalink is https://site.com/product/shirt/ and if you are required to change it to https://site.com/product/tshirt/ then please replace the value “shirt” in the post_name column of the exported CSV file with “tshirt” and try importing.
