Url blocked by robots.txt. error

    Hello team, i stuck in issue where i am not able to submit sitemap in google webmaster tools. When i submit sitemap i receive message that “Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt.”. I have made so many changes but not able to resolve problem. I think this is from server end. I also taken advice from SEO experts on this. Can you please have a look in the issue and try to help me out?

    I checked simple url’s in webmaster which it says allowed..

    Domain : https://www.trendsworld.co
    Sitemap : https://www.trendsworld.co/sitemap.xml

    I am waiting for positive response as always.

    If you recently changed to allow search engines under SETTINGS->READING, it may take Google several days to circle back and notice the change. Your robots.txt looks OK, so this is a Google thing.

    Thank You @sterndata. Actually wordpress files conflicts.. I tried these methods :
    1. Make new robots.txt (Not worked)
    2. Remove all plugins then try to submit (Not worked)
    3. Use many plugins for sitemap (Not worked)

    after many methods.. i simply take backup of content and install fresh wordpress and try to submit sitemap again and it worked..
