    Hi!

Is there a way to include the URL on which a user submitted a question to the notification email I receive as an admin?

I am asking because I encourage my users to use the same form to submit feedback on my posts and I would find it helpful to know which post the feedback is referring to.

    Thanks!
    Robin

  • Hi randaro,

Unfortunately, at the moment that would not be possible. The Questions form in our plugin is just to get suggested questions from the users and not primarily meant to be used as a feedback/contact form. As a workaround we would suggest you to use a “Contact Form” plugin such as “Contact Form 7” to display the Feedback form.

Ok – thanks for your quick feedback!

    Hi @randaro

As another workaround, if you’re a premium user you could use the “Custom Fields” option in our plugin to let the user select if the Question is an FAQ or feedback. You could add a new Custom Field by navigating to the “Fields” area of the “Options” tab. Then you could enable the option “Submit Custom Fields” from the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.
