It seems, despite the wording, a lot of your settings are not “Default” but rather “Only”.

Others are having the same issue, unfortunately, you suggest making feature request to make the product worth buying. Unfortunately, you can not submit votes or request without buying, but since its not worth buying without said features, one can not submit these requests, nor upvote the request.

Well, just talked to sales, and despite the sound of the staff on the request page saying it is NOT a priority, I guess it may be a priority.

EITHER WAY, since I can’t upvote on your feature request page, and the previous post here was closed as RESOLVED, I am saying it IS NOT RESOLVED, and am officially requesting the feature in the only place I can.

“I’ll do my best” was the response from sales when I asked to let the developers know this is a feature more than the one person wants. NOT, ‘I’ll let them know’ or ‘I’ll add it/you to the list’

Sorry for the belated response.

You can enable advertisement functionality from the gallery options: https://nimb.ws/mhTiCr
It allows redirecting to the desired URL based on the text or image you add.
You can open the image in the lightbox and then get redirected to the URL after a corresponding click.

It looks like we’re supposed to be able to apply that on a directory by directory option, unfortunatelly, I do not see “default options”

In order to apply this setting to a single specific gallery click the shortcode of the published gallery in your editor, uncheck the box next to Use default options, click the Advanced drop-down menu at the bottom, follow the steps 4 and 5, then click Update.

I there is another place to get to the single specific gallery, I’m not sure where.

I guess I can’t attach screen captures…

Ok, that was worded poorly. That use default or not is not adjusted by gallery, but by block. Haven’t checked to see if changing it under one block affects the other places that gallery or gallery group are placed. Pretty much torn on which way is better. Either way, it seems like if you add a URL to a specific image (the field is already there) that it should change per image as that URL field is there for each image.

But at least we’re making progress…. Better than nothing
