Url after replace in $content

Hi, your plugin is very good, many compliments, but i have a little problem with the final url after replacement..
Is possible to have a complete url in image? At today final url is:
/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/nameimage.jpg
is possible to have:
https://www.namesite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/nameimage.jpg ???
This is because, another plugin want a absolute url to add automatically a new featured image in a post!!
