URL address show home description

  • I have trouble. When you google https://afsputahchapter there are a lot of different site pages that show up with url addresses to different pages of the website. How do I correct this so that I can have a home description (tagline) of the website and have it go directly to the home page? There are strange descriptions like : AFSP Just another WordPress site,
