url address misdirection in widgets

My website is https://www.napagop.org. I know I am running an old version of WordPress, but I want to know how to fix the problem with the misdirection of the icons in my widgets on my side bar. I have several icons in the following order: CAGOP, Bay Area GOP Newsletter and Like Us on Facebook. The title over the CAGOP icon does not have a link even though the html in the widget box says <a href="https://www.cagop.org/"/a>. The title on the Bay Area Newsletter is a link with the url of “https://www.cagop.org/” even though the html in the widget box says <a href="https://www.bayareagop.com/"/a> and the title on the Like Us On Facebook has the “https://www.bayareagop.com/” even though the html in the widget box says <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/48000292723"/a>. When you hover over the icon, it shows the correct url. How do I get the title to match the link information in the widget text box on all of these?
