URI too long

Hello,
I have this regex rule set up:
/test/(.*)
https://mysite/1$This worked on one of my browsers. But other people trying it, even people outside of our local domain, keep getting a URI too long error. It redirects them to:
https://mysite/https://mysite/https://mysite/https://mysite/https://mysite/https://mysite/https://mysite/(actual page.html is here)
I’m not sure what the issue is. I can get it to work on my PC, but other PCs, even ones that have never gone to the site before, get the URI error. Clearing caches, etc., doesn’t seem to work. Is there anything else I can check?

Ok…it seems to have resolved itself. After about 20-30 minutes everything now redirects correctly.
I guess something took time to propagate, but I’m not sure what? Both our local company domain and outside ones work now (like someone trying from their house).
