(URI): Problum

I entered my web site https://rmodesign.com/ in the box for WordPress address (URI): change the address to the new location of your main WordPress core files.

For some reason my homepage still had the https://trial.mysitemyway.com/vision/ and the other pages had the correct address. I read somewhere that the URI should read https://rmodesign.com/wordpress. Well now I have another problum, I changed it, now I cannot get into wordpress at all. What can I do??
