Change "BLOG" Name to "NEWS" in Element?

  • Hi.

    I’m a new WordPress user working with a developer to redesign/relaunch my company’s site.

    This is a last pre-launch detail.

    Using the Element template I have a BLOG section in my footer. Its label has been changed to NEWS, but my developer can’t seem to change the name on the page to NEWS . It still says BLOG in the header.

    How to change this? CSS edit or other?

    Please advise ASAP TODAY, FRIDAY, 12 December 2014.
