Urgently Need Help With Duplicate Orders

Moved the installation to a new server and have been plagued with issues. I now am showing 2,820 order ids, but 1410 are duplicate order numbers.
For example:
order_id: 1564, order_number: wp29800
order_id: 3772, order_number: wp29800

Any assistance would be HUGELY appreciated!
