URGENT..install wordpress,and can log in to wp-admin site

  • I just install wordpress for one of my domain name,www.horsepowerbank.com…after install i go to link https://www.horsepowerbank.com/wp-admin/..then the link redirect me to a new page and show me this “Fatal error: Class ‘NOOP_Translations’ not found in /home/kenchoong/public_html/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 678” somebody pls help….why will this shown up???
