    I am client with WORDFENCE PREMIUM and I have a problem. This morning my mobile crashed and I had to reset it. I have lost absolutely everything on my phone.

    Now I have an added problem: I cannot access my website https://www.anasalas.net because I configured two-step authentication. Nor can I enter my Wordfence client area because I need the 2FA code and I cannot configure it on my mobile because I do not have the QR code.

    I have tried with some codes that I have but it tells me that they are not valid
    or they are expired, and without having the QR code I cannot configure access on my mobile. For all this, I would need you to provide me with my QR code or to cancel the 2-step authentication option, to access my Wordfence client area and the web.

    What solution do you give me?

    If you could please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide your email address that is on the account or username, we can assist you!

    Once you regain access to your wordfence.com account and are a premium customer, I recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. They will be able to assist you faster and more efficiently.

    You can also access premium support via the Help menu item in the plugin, Help link on the plugin’s Dashboard page, on our documentation homepage or via the HELP link in the footer of all wordfence.com pages.
