    I’m writing, in urgency. The GetShopped support forums have been down for the last day or two.

    With WP eCommerce commonly touted as the most popular and functional shopping cart plugin for WordPress, getting it to even work minimally has been just such a nightmarish experience. The Premium Support doesn’t seem to give me straight answers, won’t usually get back to me on-time ( sometimes ignoring an issue I’ve brought up ), and I feel like I’ve been mislead. It’s as if they cover up any sort of negativity in regards to their plugin ( ie. when searching information about WP eCommerce, it’s all positive stuff but, if you tediously dig deeper and around obstacles, you find so many other complaints, buried away, similar to mine ).

    I’m having some really bad issues with our site, after it had just barely started to work okay for a bit, and am unable to process any orders now ( with the shopping cart page just re-loading upon clicking ”Purchase” ).

    If there is any way you can help, in any way, whether it is pointing me in the direction of someone else who can fix it, sending me the GetShopped HQ direct contact info, or passing me along to someone else, it would be greatly appreciated.
