Urgent Wordfence warming- Readme file modified

    I just received the following message from Wordfence about 2 of my sites that use this plugin.
    “:Wordfence found the following new issues on “XXXXXXXXX.com.”.
    Alert generated at Wednesday 25th of February 2015 at 10:28:42 AM
    Warnings:
    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/readme.txt

    Is there any good reason why this happened? Should I remove the file assuming it has been hacked or injected?

    OK. So I should relax. It was confusing because I didn’t do any recent updates of the plugin. Thank you.
