URGENT! Why cannot I find a basic localization code in the plugin?

Dear CMS HelpsLive,
I am using the Silver version of Custom Registration Form plugin.
Unfortunately I am unable to translate the plugin via Poedit because according to the support of Poedit the basic localization code lacks from the plugin.
What should I do? Please help me asap!
