Urgent – What Have I done wrong please

I need urgent help.

https://www.crazyaboutwesties.com and if you scroll down to the bottom RHS yu will see an email capture form for my newsletter and mini cousre. It should be seen at the top RHS of the page.

The funny thing is that you view in Fiefox it seems okay but not in Explorer.

Please help me
