• I’m using the latest version of Social Media Auto Publish (v1.7.8) and I just got an email that said:

    v2.6 Upgrade Reminder

Your App, is currently accessing Graph API v2.6 which will reach the end of its 2-year lifetime on 13 July, 2018. We estimate 1 endpoint that iDigBot calls will be impacted by this change and may stop working after the automatic upgrade push. To ensure a smooth transition, please migrate all calls to Graph API v2.7 or higher. Use the API Upgrade Tool to understand exactly how this change will impact your app.

Note: If you do not see any impacted calls in the API Upgrade Tool, your app/code may not be affected by this upgrade.

I looked at the API Upgrade Tool and says this:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/RM5bMmJPK

I don’t understand as I’m not using a Facebook business account.

    Any suggestions?

  • Hello @nanowisdoms ,
Please upgrade your API Version to any version in-between v2.8 to v2.12 under the apps advanced settings page (https://developers.facebook.com/apps/<Your_App_ID>/settings/advanced/).
(Don’t select v3.0 ,since v3.0 apps in public mode no longer allow their admins, developers, or testers to access permissions or features that normally require app review. This affects all apps built after May 1st, 2018, immediately. Apps built before then will not be affected until August 1st, 2018 .We will update the plugin as soon as possible with the fix for this.)
If any issues/doubts,please let us know.
    Thank you.

When is this going to be fixed. I bought the premium version 3 and it works for everything except facebook, which is most importatn. I have been waiting several weeks now and either want to get a refund or the plugin fixed…

Please use any app created before May 1,2018.
For premium plugin support ,please contact our support desk.
    Thank you.
