    i just updated the new plugin, and it collapsed my site admin,

    even going to the old version of the plugin, doesn’t bring the admin back

    the site works, but the admin doesn’t, i have set special access to the admin, not the normal default
    what shall i do?!?!?

    Most likely your IP address was locked out due to using “special access to the admin, not the normal default”. Try to log in from another network like a mobile one.

    but why should it be blocked?

    by the way I returned to an old version and now it works.

    its something you have to check, it never happened to me before

    The reason why it was blocked you can see on the Activity log.
