We are getting a TON of these timeout errors and have been over the last 48 hours, despite updating to the latest versions of WordPress and despite updating to the latest versions of WooCommerce, stripe and woo subscriptions.

    11-08-2023 @ 20:08:13 - scheduled action 824898 (subscription payment) failed to finish processing after 3600 seconds 11-08-2023 @ 20:08:13 - action args: subscription_id: 139801

Literally every single recurring payment that is scheduled via the Woo Stripe plugin or PayPal standard is failing in the action scheduler and then they’re immediately tagged with “In-progress” status. There’s no longer even any mention of when the next billing attempt is after they have failed. AT least I can’t see where that info even is. but nonetheless, literally all recurring subscription payments are immediately “timing out” and/or failing. normal, “new” orders seem to have no issue – just existing, recurring subscription orders.

All of this only began as soon as we updated to 6.4 (everything was running perfect before that). Some were saying to roll back to earlier versions of wordpress until the “kinks” were worked out, so we did that for a few hours but then all of the issues remained.

I’m at a complete loss both mentally and beyond. What exactly is going on? This is beyond urgent at this point as zero recurring payments are being processed. I’ve submitted a support ticket within my woo account when all of this began and habe yet to even get a single response. This is madness!

Would be incredibly grateful if anyone has any insights..

    Please help!

    Hey @flowsheff ,

Thanks for reaching out, and for creating your own topic. I can appreciate that this is an urgent issue that needs immediate attention.

From what I have gathered, you are using the Woo Subscriptions extension to enable subscriptions on your site, is this correct?

If so, since this is related to a premium extension, if you have a valid license, please contact us directly via?WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you are able to access that page.

As per the?forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there.

My apologies, I missed this part of your post. Can you please share the ticket number you would have received after submitting an internal request so that I can check on the current status?

    Cheers!
