I’m posting here as I haven’t received any response to a support ticket raised almost two days ago on behalf of a new client who purchased your plugin based on my recommendation. I expected top-notch support, but unfortunately, my client has been left without assistance, which is affecting our ability to proceed with their booking platform.
Could you please prioritize and address the issue raised in ticket #032732 as soon as possible?
