    Hi,

    we are in a very frustrating situation, because we try to reach support but we can not get passed the “automated system status report”, because it says “Connection to your site is broken, and we couldn’t get the System Status Report. Please go to?My stores?page and re-establish the connection to your site.”

    Which is not true, we are connected, the plugin is running, we made a renewal in november already. We disconnect the plugin, deinstalled and everything and still can not reach anyone.

    So please make contact to us.

    I feel we tried everything at this point from our end and can not pin down the problem.

    Please reach out as we can not access Customer Data anymore and we do not know if that impacts active subscriptions etc.

    Hi,

    we fixed the bug after doing more research, and turned off Order Attribution, the feature that shows what source the order had.

    HOWEVER, we still have the problem that we have no way to contact support if anything’s is coming up in the future, as it says our Woo Sub is not connected with the website. So how do we get someone that can help us there, so we have access to support?
