urgent – shipping cost is not showing/working on webshop

  • Dear,

    I have a very urgent matter: Suddenly the shipping coast is not longer showing, and so also not working (and integrated in the total price) on my clients website.
    Could you please help me on that issue?

    It worked perfectly, but now, for some reason, it doesn’t.
    And of course, the shop is now not working properly.

    Have you try testing in default wordpress theme to see if the shipping works?

    What version of WPEC and gold cart are you using?

    Hi,

    I’m using WPEC Versie: 3.9.1, but now gold cart.
    And the plugin ‘WP E-Commerce Pick-up Shipping Module’ to put in the pick-up choice.

    It worked perfectly before, but now, for some reason, it’s not working anymore.
    I hope you can help me on this, as the shop is now not working correctly.

    Hi Bene,

    Perhaps you need to connect with the developer of WP E-Commerce Pick-up Shipping Module Since it does not seem to be compatible with the latest WP eCommerce.

    Hi,

    would you have an alternative to do this?
    Because I don’t really know how to make this work within WP eCommerce.
    (this is the first time that I use WPEC)

    I just need the possibility for buyers to have to choice between shipping the products (only in Belgium, at a fixed price) and picking them up at the store.

    If you need help with wpec-pickup-shipping i can help you out, it does work with the latest WP-eCommerce.

    Sorry to add to the confusion, but I thought you were talking about a different WP-eCommerce shipping plugin that had a name almost exactly the same as a previous name of my current plugin.

    Dear,

    I still have a major issue regarding the shop: if you are logged in as an admin, then you see the correct way to buy things, regarding shipping costs etc. BUT… If you are a random person that wants to buy something, then you don’t see the shipping cost. And they will also not be working!

    Please, as this is very urgent, can you help me out on this?
    I’m having serious problems regarding my client…
    The shop isn’t working now and that’s not good at all…
