    I have contacted your company multiple times regarding a refund for a recently auto-renewed subscription. Since both of our websites have been migrated to the Shopify platform, we no longer require the plugin.

    Please process a refund to the original payment method used for the auto-renewal and ensure that the auto-renewal for this subscription is fully canceled moving forward.
