Urgent – Product Categories Disappear

  • Hello Woocommerce Team,

    i have a wordpress Multi-sites installation, am running 2 websites on it, one website is main, and one as a sub folder, i installed Woocommerce for the whole network, and i Activated for Whole Network.

    i have the latest woocommerce version, just updated to it few days ago

    under the main website, everything is working properly, i add product categories, brands, everything is good, but under the sub folder website, when i add a category, when i refresh page, or when i go to assign a product to this category, i find that it disappeared automatically, but when i try to add it again, it gives me a slug with “categoryname-2” which means that the previous categories that i added r still stored in DB, but they just don’t appear.

    i went to DB, under “terms” table, i found all categories there, but i didn’t understand why they disappear, can u fix it ASAP plz ? because i can not go ahead with website without it

    well, i think i already found a solution in sha’a LLAH, when i Deactivated Woocommerce for Whole Network, and then i activated to each of websites alone, i got all Categories back, but can u make it possible to work even if we activate to whole network plz ? because when i will have 20 websites on network, i’ll not activate 1 by 1, Thnx a looot ??
