URGENT: Problems with generating invoice

  • Hi community,

    I have a problem. The PDF invoice & packing slips works very well.
    I have received a large order through my webshop. 2x A4 paper, 42 products.

    the packing slip is generated fine. But the invoice, not. I add screens.

    PHP version is at 7.4

    Hoping someone can help me. The order is ready to send to the customer today, but I need the invoice….

    Hello @davegerrits389,

    Could you check the WooCommerce logs to see if there are errors with the wpo-wcpdf or fatal-errors prefix? If so, please share them with us.

    You’ll find the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    hi, I think you have an error in the invoice templates,
    do you have changed something new in invoice templates?
    can you add your invoice templates.

    Hi @homdr,

    Without the error logs, it’s a little bit hard for us to debug because it is also possible that the error is due to some interference from another plugin. This means we’d just be guessing with some uncertainty still lying around. Even if there are no wpo-wcpdf are there any fatal-errors?
