Urgent problems after update: quizzes skip numbers, course pdf not showing, more

1. After the latest update to 3.2.5.1, students could not see the course PDF (see screenshot). We fixed this by using a different shortcode.
2. But then, students started telling us that the quizzes are skipping even numbered questions and they’re failing. We reverted back to the previous version of LP (version 3.2.3) and both issues stopped.
The last update is causing these issues. Can you please fix both of these things and any other issues asap and let us know when this is fixed?
3. Also, I am still waiting for a reply about why the author link doesn’t work. On course page, instructor link shows but when we click, it goes to login/register page. This link should go Instructor profile page. Go here: https://www.nahpca.com/online-courses/, click author and you’ll see (not logged in).
LP seems to have so many problems especially upon updating!
