URGENT Price conversion error

the price in USD is not matching the ILS
i am using this plugin inside woocomerce, and i connected it to currencylayer
i read online that sometimes such plugins creates problems,
can you tell me what is happening,i insert to the wordpress pages in hebrew, and translate them with wpml to english
sometimes the prices are correct like:
