URGENT Premium paid version no more recognized

For many years we use MP plugin on agency for our multiple clients.

We use both version 2 and 3.

Yesterday, we manage to move other site in 3 version.

But for now it is impossible to access to our account manager for the version 2.
The password is memorized by Chrome and didn’t change.
When we ask for a new password, we never receive email.
We try many time and of course search in SPAM folder.

When we log in the version 3 account, there is no record of all orders of all these years.

It is a very great problem for us because for now all our sites cannot send newsletters.

Could you please put back our premium licence agency and reactivate all sites created on it?
It is urgent for our clients.
