Urgent Please Help!! Can’t post to network sites in WP 3

I’ve recently created a couple of WP 3 sites in order to create a network of sites. I’ve created a few network sites and I’ve attempted to post to these network sites. When I post from the admin user (the original user of the wp install) the post goes to the main blog (https://domain.com). When I post using my first user alabama (from https://domain.com/alabama/wp-admin) the post still goes to the original blog (https://domain.com).

The network site (https://domain.com/alabama) is visible but only posts a 404 message.
