URGENT No list of uploaded products, no possiblility to add the product

Hello,

I just recently updated plugin to the pro vesrion, but it didnt change anything with current version. In free version I couldnt manage to make my vendors to add products from their buddypress profile, there were no such option, so the problem still remain. There is nothing in vendors tab except settings of the store. And no products showing up on the vendors page either. And for some reason I am not allowed to contact technical support, it stated that I have to upgrade plan, which is just ridiculous.
