    I would suggest the standard – deactivate all of the other plugins and test it then.

    It is on a fresh install with NO other installed plugins. Akismet is disabled and hello dolly deleted, Networks for WordPress is the ONLY installed plugin. when I activate Networks for WordPress nothing changes and it remains disabled.

    I noticed these statistics for the current version:

    Requires: 3.0 or higher
    Compatible up to: 3.7.1
    Last Updated: 2013-11-11

    When I install and activate the plugin, it normally adds Networks to the menu, unfortunately this is not happening.
