[NSFW] Urgent!!! Need to deactivate profile image upload

    When someone goes to signup on the site, all is fine until the profile image upload section.
    At this point, an ‘aspect ratio must be 1:1’ warning appears, and the profile image does not get uploaded.
    I’ve tried with different sized and shaped images, yet nothing gets uploaded and this aspect ratio warning comes up.

    Is there some area that I can turn off the requirement for a profile image upload before profile completion? As the clients have events weekly, they need completion of profiles before clients can buy tickets~
    (FYI – I’ve just started working with this client, rebuild next to be in process~)

    Hi Blake,

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    We do not force profile upload requirements by default. There may be ways to achieve this using a custom field or the Register Helper Add On, also there is no aspect ratio warning that is provided from our end when creating a profile image field and may be caused by another plugin.

    I’ve had a look at your signup/become a VIP page and it seems to be the BuddyPress registration page by the looks of it as the first registration part of your site before being redirected to Paid Memberships Pro level selection.
