My whole site is giving 404 error

  • Hello guys,

    I used the yours plugin to pass my site proddigital.com.br from http to https.
    So I did the following process: https://screenshot.net/pt/kpjc275?
    And the site is working perfectly.

    But when I went to do this same process for my site in subdomain idiomas.proddigital.com.br (https://screenshot.net/pt/kqnuo44?), my site (subdomain) went out of the air. And now it’s giving 404 error.
    When the page that I access from the site idiomas.proddigital.com.br is redirected to the address proddigital.com.br/wp-signup.php?new=idiomas

    So I decided to do the reverse process to try to reverse the problem, and with that I tried to go from https to http: https://screenshot.net/pt/7k1f87k?
    But it did not work.

    What could have happened? Can someone help me please?
