URGENT: Missing Several Infusionsoft Fields in Match View

I have attempted to refresh using this setting many times: https://www.screencast.com/t/0uB78wGSij0 but I am still missing 6 – 8 fields that are in Infusionsoft but don’t show up in the choices for mapping.
