Urgent: Javascript Issue on latest Version

Hi, I have been using Custom Contact Forms for a long time and I love it.

Unfortunately, on the latest version, when I updated it a few weeks ago, it started causing Javascript Issues on my site.

For example, this is usually an interactive accordion with design, etc. https://entrepreneurlead.com/testing/
However, it’s not working when the newest version of Custom Contact Forms is activated.

Please let me know if you can fix it, otherwise I’ll have to look for another contact plugin, which I would rather avoid.
