    Hi,

    I have a problem that has been ongoing for at least two weeks where my customers are unable to see their items in the cart after clicking “view items in cart” after they have added their items to the cart. I have tested this on every platform, including mobile and multiple browsers but continue to run into the same problems over and over again, which is costing me a tremendous amount of sales.

    I am DESPERATELY trying to correct the problem and have tried everything in my power to get things working again.

    Any help would be a lifesaver. I have been getting e-mails non-stop from customers who are unable to process their order and others who are simply abandoning the cart.
