    I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding a critical issue I have been facing with your Import and Export Users and Customers plugin for WordPress.

    I have been a loyal user of your plugin for the past three years, and until the recent update, it has consistently performed exceptionally well. However, since the last update, I have been experiencing significant issues that have adversely affected the functionality of my website.

    The problem arises when I attempt to perform an import using the plugin. While the initial notification indicates that a certain number of users have been successfully updated, the subsequent logs show discrepancies. Specifically, it falsely reports that all users, except the admin, have been deleted. This is causing a substantial disruption to the site’s operation, and I find it necessary to restore the website from a backup after each import.

    Furthermore, I have tested the plugin with the original CSV file exported from it, and even in this scenario, it results in the deletion of all users, despite their presence in the export file.

    I have attached a screenshot of the website after the import process, clearly showing the disruption caused by the plugin.

    Given the importance of your plugin to my website, I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter. I understand that software updates can sometimes lead to unforeseen issues, and I appreciate your prompt assistance in rectifying this problem.

    First of all, thank you for using the plugin and for helping us to find errors, especially if they are as important as the one you mention.

    Not in the previous update, in the just previous one, the one that came out last month, we included the possibility that the cron could read files of any size, making the process in batches.

    That same mechanism will be the one we will use to read from the standard importer really big files, without the problems of limits that we have right now.

    However, this meant rewriting a good part of the plugin code related to this part, which is the core of the whole process.

    I don’t see the screenshot you mention, so I would like you to tell me a series of steps in a simple way where I can see the error and solve it as soon as possible.

    Tthere must be a problem when you choose the option to delete all users that are not in the csv.

    The fact that the front end looks wrong is a derivative effect of this. If the front end is made by a user other than the administrator that has been left undeleted, when the user is deleted, the content is deleted.

    I hadn’t detected the user deletion problem before, I’ll see what’s going on.

    All the content of the page is from me or the administrator no users have no content and do not even know how to create it, I understand if there are for example articles of users and I delete them but in the plugin I do not select to whom these data should be transferred so they will be deleted but as I mentioned in my case all the content is from the administrator or me.

    I have a request if you don’t update the plugin can you tell me where I can download the older version that doesn’t have these changes in it yet, because I need to do weekly user updates.

    You can ask Google about how to donwload old version of a plugin: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/download-older-versions-of-wordpress-plugins/

    I am checking it, so it should be fixed and updated this night.

    Version 1.24.2 of this plugin that I have just released, should solve this problem.
