*URGENT* I'm locked out of my site admin!

I installed the Theme My Login + members plugin on the optimized press theme and suddenly I’m locked out.
I’m trying to get to my admin panel and it says that this is for members area only.
I can’t get in to check what went wrong.
Please help ASAP as I am in a prelaunch!!!
