URGENT – I am stuck

Hello,
I change my website wordpress url from https://www.goldenheritageinsurance.com to https://www.goldenheritageinsurance.com/burial-insurance
and now Neither https://www.goldenheritageinsurance.com/wp-admin nor https://www.goldenheritageinsurance.com/burial-insurance/wp-admin is working to access my dashboard.
Please help!
