urgent, how to edit body tag with no class name (admin nag menu)

  • Apparently, my site is the victim of some kind of hack that places body tags with no classes in some of the pages, which results in weird layout issues. There is a <body> tag that I need to replace with the proper one in wp-admin/nav-menus.php. I think this will fix the weird problem with the admin menu editor not working properly (hope so, anyway).

    The problem is, I can see the source code, but where is that ACTUAL body tag that I can edit? I know the html is dynamically generated, but where? Which file? Can anyone help?
