URGENT HELP! Want to Buy Plugin But Problems With Free Version Test

  • Hello,

    I need urgent assistance please, trying to buy this plugin on Codecanyon but wanted to test this free version first and glad I did test it because it turns out the images are not showing on the site when I paste the shortcode. I’m using the latest WordPress Version 4.4.1

    Is the plugin up to date? Some known reason why the grids/images don’t appear on the frontend of site? Also, when I click on “All Images” in the admin to view all images uploaded, I see nothing, but the images uploaded can be seen in the specific album only, in the admin.

    Someone please help, I really need to buy the plugin today if possible.

    I’ve had a (maybe) similar problem reported for the premium version, but only once. Maybe it’s your case as well.
