Fatal error message in twentytwelve

Please can you help me asap I’m a complete computer idiot so really need some idiot proof help – this is what is shown when I go to my page:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _421736532() (previously declared in /home/chore734/public_html/cl/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/header.php(32) : eval()’d code:1) in /home/chore734/public_html/cl/wp-content/themes/twentytwelve/header.php(32) : eval()’d code on line 1

If you go to choreographicpractices.org the front page is from a database that I access from cyberduck but then if you click enter site it I have set this up to direct to my wordpress site. This is where it all goes wrong. I can’t even go to wp-admin – what do I do?!!!
