Urgent help needed to change the location and size of text boxes

Hi Everyone,

We are an UK based environmental charity and we want to use Contact Form 7 for people taking our free sustainability courses to submit their activities.

So far we’ve been very pleased with this plugin, however, being not very tech oriented bunch we struggle to make small changes to our forms.

For example, we don’t know how to adjust the size of the textarea box to fit the whole width of the page. Currently it displays only about 40% of the width.

Also, we have ‘your name’ and ‘your e-mail address’ input boxes one after the other. How can we move the ‘your e-mail address’ input box to show to the right side of the ‘your name’ box.

As we have limited knowledge about contact form 7 and wordpress, we would be the most grateful if someone could tell us what to do in a simple way.
