Problem with the plugin

For Twitter:
Make sure you have saved exactly the url mentioned in the message above and Enable callback locking option is disabled, in Twitter app settings.

For Instagram:
Uncheck Disable Implicit OAuth option in Instagram app settings as mentioned in step 5 at following link:

Thank u url was exactly same but locking option was the issue. That error is not coming but this screen shown up which was not the case with face book and google plus, they instantly get the user logged but twitter login asking email confirmation whicjh is unusual. I think some of my settings are creating this screen

I added email and it said already registered. so the problem is still there.

And instagram error now is

Twitter doesn’t provide email address of the user, that’s why plugin prompts user to specify their email address. If you do not want this prompt, you can disable Email required option in Advanced Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin area OR you can check the Request email addresses from users option to let your Twitter app fetch email address of the user as mentioned at https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-twitter-api-key-and-secret/

It means, the email user specified is already registered at your website. You need to specify an email address that is not already associated to any existing user at your website.

Thank you marvellous support. This is what we called a real support. Twitter problem solved and exactly the way when we try login with social networks on other sites. i mean its asking proper permisiion.

At face book its not asking permission is it normal?

And instagram problem still there and the reason is that i have submit the review. so redirect url was the option when i was submitting the application for review. at the front screen this option is no more there. I think they will reject the application so I will then put the redirect url.

Oh I got it it was in the security tab. thank u it’s all solved. I wish I could ask u earlier why I have been struggling for the last 24 hours.

Actually my previous experience with other plugins support was so pathetic that i was scared before contacting you but u guys rock.

I also had sent an email some hours ago to buy the social share awards app, kindly attend that email as well.
