Method for newsletters

Hello people,

I offer a monthly online blog/newsletter to my clients. The clients email to their customers a list of the latest stories with a link to the newsletter. Right now, I am not using multi-site but I do the following:

– On the main site, I have a separate page for each client, which is the “home page” for their newsletter. This page is nothing but a top header/banner with the newsletter logo, subscribe button and small banner ad. The body conent of the page is an iframe from a separate WordPress install. SEO is NOT important.

So again, on each page, there’s a top custom banner and then an iframe with the content of the newsletter. To generate unique URL’s I use ForceFrame plugin, which is out of date.

– I do not like this setup and want to change to something else, don’t know what. I am considering multisite, but am afraid of the large amount of duplicate content. I do NOT want to do separate installs for each site — to0 much bother.

– Does anyone have experience setting up something like this? Can I accomplish the same thing with custom post types?
