I have tried to post this question at least 3 times but nobody has commented on what can be done to fix this issue I have. Of all my woocommerce products there is one category that some of my images are perfectly normal and some are whacked out large. There seems to be an issue with the PRODUCTS PER PAGE TAB, if i add anymore than 4 products per page that is when some of the images get large. I started playing around with the Default Product Sorting Tab and this is what i noticed:
**When I put 4 products per page and all in 1 row then all my product pages are nice but i now have tons of pages, but if i add anymore than 4 products the pages are not aligned properly and this is what happens below in many various forms. My website is not live right now and i cannot keep it live for 12 hours waiting for a reply, but someone has to at least give me an idea where to start with this?**

Default sorting (Custom…..) i have page one 4 good images and 7 large images as shown in jpg. On page 2 all the images are perfectly sized.

Popularity (sales) shows page 1 all good and page two has 3 of my products huge and the rest are good.

    average rating is same thing

sort by most recent- page 1 shows all images normal, page two shows 2 rows of product images, then the third row has one normal and the next 3 images in the center of the page huge.

sort by price (Asc) page 1 has 1 product good rest all large.

Sort by price (Desc) BOTH PAGES ARE SIZED NORMALLY.

For months has been good, i deactivated most of my plugins and no change. Help would be appreciated, but i am not a high tech css code person, i only know so much. Not sure if this happened due to an update with my Flatsome theme or what?

    Hi there,

It definitely looks like something is conflicting with WooCommerce here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Best,

    Ross

So far Ross V. I switched to the Storefront Theme and as I made changes to the products per row and rows per page and all the products are working fine. Next step I guess I am supposed to deactivate all my plugins? Could jetpack be doing this?

    Hi again,

Just to be clear- on the Storefront there, you don’t see the issue anymore?

Correct when i switched over to storefront i do not see any issues with enlarged images. I have a maybe related question or unrelated? I use my child theme all the time for making this website. Is the parent theme and child theme supposed to look the exact same way when i activate each and the same version Number?

    Hi again,

Glad to hear you found the culprit! In this case, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update for you.

Honestly, it depends on the child theme and what templates are being overridden. If no templates are really being overridden, then the theme will look the same.

    Best,

    Ross

Thank you, I just contacted the theme developer, but now the waiting game comes in.
