500 error

Hi, yesterday i was making some changes on my website theme, turned off the computer, and today whenever i try to open my website, it say’s error http 500, i can’t login to the wp-admin page either, and i cant connect through file zilla, y get an error message saying Error: Could not connect to server, somebody please help!
