URGENT: FormCraft integration filters out almost everything!

Hi,

I tested our latest version with FormCraft and there was no issue at all.

Can you deactivate other plugins and see if some plugins are making the conflict ?

If still not working, please export the form and send it to me at dnesscarkey (@) gmail (dot) com ? I will import here and test it again.

In the mean time, we had to disable your plugin in order not to lose legit requests from clients. Unfortunately, this resulted in our administration office being bombarded with spam from Russia.

My boss is getting understandably unhappy with the situation. Please let me know shortly how we may fix this problem.

I am really sorry as i haven’t been able to reply on this matter.

I downloaded and imported the form you sent and i can replicate the issue here. Fields that our plugin insert is not being submited with the imported form. But this doesn’t happens to new / another form. So it is only hapenning to the form you sent to me.

There are so many fields and trying to figure out all the possible cause that is making the issue and seems like it is going to take time.

This is actually where most of the spam kept flooding in. I have now installed the reCaptcha plugin for FormCraft for the time being because our office people got really mad.

Please let me know if you are willing to fix this problem, otherwise I am afraid I have to ask for a refund. Allow me to assure you that we would be very happy to use your plugin insted of reCaptcha for GDPR reasons alone.

In that case, can you send export of that form as well ? I will find the similarites and its cause.

Since, i am able to replicate the issue here, access is not needed. Also, i want to assure you that, i really want to fix this as it might impact all our Formcraft users.

However, till we get this fixed. I am ready to make the refund. And you can buy again once the issue is resolved. You can send me your license key with the exported form and will process it.
